Dr. Charles Turner, MD

Dr. Turner is board certified in family medicine, anti-aging medicine, obesity medicine, and addiction medicine. After completing his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, he worked in acute care and emergency medicine for four years before specializing in primary care in Lafayette, IN since 1997. He is dedicated to patient-centered care and values the well-being of his patients. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown children.
